Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will be charged a flat-rat $25 per order for shipping and handling and ship via the United States Postal Service. In some instances, packages may also ship via UPS Ground. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order.

International orders will be charged a flat-rate $35 per order for shipping and handling and handling and ship via the United States Postal International Service. International customers will be responsible for any tariffs or additional import duties required to receive their products. All international orders are final and will not be refunded or accepted for returns for any reason. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order.

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Support immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability. No refunds will be given for claims of stolen packages without a completed police report.

REFUND POLICY

Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return. You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 90 days of date of purchase. Returned products must be in new, unused and unmodified condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags and accessories included. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected by Cadence Motorsports (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. We do not refund shipping or credit card processing fees.

For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our North Carolina warehouse. You are also responsible for lost or damaged packages, so we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance services. Refunds will not be given for lost or damaged packages.

All returns need an Return Authorization number. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.

All International orders are final and may not be returned for any reason.

ORDER CANCELLATION / INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you change your mind, you will need to act quickly to cancel your order! We respond to orders extremely quickly and once shipped, your order can not be cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have entered a correct shipping address. We cannot cancel or refund orders shipped to addresses that were incorrectly provided. Packages can not be redirected once shipped. So if you screw up and ship your product to your ex, your last address three states over, or your old work address, just know that is on you. You’ll have to figure out how to sweet talk your ex into sending the package to you. Good luck!

USE AND IT’S YOURS

Unless you have an accepted warranty claim (see Limited Warranty below), once used or installed on your bike, the product is yours. So if you buy a product from us and then decide you don’t like the way it looks, we can’t take it back. You will need to consider listing it on Craig’s List or Facebook Marketplace.

Any electronic which has been removed from it’s packaging or the manufacturer’s seal has been broken is non-returnable.

Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Cadence Motorsports product is guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. If your product fails to conform to these conditions, it will be repaired or replaced at Cadence Motorsports’ option if the mount is returned to us within the 12-month warranty period or within 10 days thereafter.

In the event warranty service is required, the original purchaser must email Cadence Motorsports immediately with a detailed description of the problem. Some problems can be rectified by email and require no further course of action.

If your Cadence Motorsports product is suspected of being defective, it must not be replaced by a dealer without prior authorization from Cadence Motorsports. If it is deemed necessary for Cadence Motorsports to make an evaluation to determine whether the product is defective, a return authorization number must be obtained from Cadence Motorsports prior to returning the product to Cadence Motorsports. The product must be packaged properly to ensure no further damage and returned to Cadence Motorsports with a copy of the original invoice or purchase receipt and a detailed letter outlining the nature of the defect, how the part was used and the circumstances at the time of failure. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Repair, replacement or refund will be granted only after an evaluation has been made by Cadence Motorsports.

Cadence Motorsports shall have no obligation if a Cadence Motorsports part becomes defective in whole or in part as the result of improper installation, improper care or maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation, modification, or any other misuse or mistreatment of the Cadence Motorsports part.

This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

Cadence Motorsports shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the failure of a Cadence Motorsports part, the breach of any warranties, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in non-conforming condition, or for any other breach of contract or duty between Cadence Motorsports and a customer.

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Cadence Motorsports does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold that were not manufactured by Cadence Motorsports.
